You don’t come to one of the most beautiful sceneries in Indonesia without capturing it in black and white, you just don’t. I almost forgot to shoot Lake Gunung Tujuh in the morning with my sturdy Nikon F2 loaded with HP5+ because of my attention-whore new love Horizon 202.
With the help of now a rare-and-expensive Nikon AR-1 soft shutter, I was able to shoot the first three frames below in slow speeds without experiencing a camera shake. I must thank the soft shutter inventor for creating a cheap solution for a cheap wannabe nature photographer like me who prefer not to bring any tripod to shoot mother nature.
So fellas, please enjoy Lake Gunung Tujuh monochromatic morning!
